  • I JUST TALKED TO CRISTIAN! About 2 hours ago, I was in bed trying to sleep while Jemma napped and I heard my phone vibrating. It was on silent but thank goodness I heard it! I wasn’t expecting this initial phone call until this weekend so I was a little shocked. It was only a few minutes long and mostly scripted but my goodness are my spirits lifted. I got his address (and good grief I’ve never seen a more complicated address in my life!) and he got to tell me he loved me a few times. I’m so glad to know he’s ok, and while he got a bit emotional at one part, he sounds so great. WE CAN DO THIS! #airforcefamily #basictraining
  • 🎶 Off he goes, into the wild blue yonder 🎶 We said “see you later” to our AIRMAN ✈️🇺🇸 today. I already feel super empty without him, and I know these 8 1/2 weeks will be hard, but I’m so proud of him and so grateful to have a husband who is willing to make such a sacrifice. We’ve got a great future ahead, I just know it. He’s going to kill it at basic training! @crishjubie
  • I have so many mixed emotions today: extreme gratitude to be a Mother, love for my little family, and a little bit of fear as it’s been our last full day with Cristian before he ships out for basic training. 😭 But if I’ve learned anything this past year — my first year of Motherhood — is that I. Am. Enough. I’m capable, and I CAN do this. 💪🏻And whatever you might be going through right now, just know that you’re enough too.
  • Hey mamas! HELP. So I’ve got a pretty good exercise routine down, and I’ve started intermittent fasting. I’m doing the 5:2 version, meaning I fast for two non consecutive days a week (500-600 calorie limit per day), and eat normal the rest of the week. “Normal” means still healthy/clean though, or else the 2 days you’ve fasted won’t mean anything. I do great on my fasting days but not always the rest of the time. So! What are your favorite quick, easy and nutritious meals/snacks I can make while momming? Specifically for breakfast and lunch. Tell me below!
  • There’s nothing I love more than showing her how beautiful this world is. She did so great on our little trip to Moab!
  • Finally posting some pics from Jemma’s birthday 🎂🎉 party on Saturday! There were a few meltdowns and it wasn’t perfect, but we all still had a good time and that’s all that matters, right!? We just loved celebrating our sweet Jem and all of the joy she brings into our lives! We are more complete because of her and are so happy God gave her to us! #jemmajoliej
